Bonesless Bangus Dagupan

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium size milkfish
    • 1 head garlic - pounded 
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • a pinch of pepper 
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 cup white vinegar
    • oil for frying

    Procedure:
  • Wash fish do not remove scales then cut lengthwise starting from the nape down to tail. remove all the internal part. wash. set aside.
