Bonesless Bangus Dagupan The Boneless Bangus in Dagupan Pangasinan is the one famous product of dagupan , and this is the one business product of dagupenio, also the boneless bangus is made on preservation using vinegar. Ingredients: 1 medium size milkfish 1 head garlic - pounded  1 tablespoon salt a pinch of pepper  1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup white vinegar oil for frying Procedure: Wash fish do not remove scales then cut lengthwise starting from the nape down to tail. remove all the internal part. wash. set aside. in a separate bowl, mixed all the ingredients except for oil and fish. reserved 2 tablespoon of the mixture for the dippings. then marinate the fish with the mixture for 30 minutes. deep fry until golden brown. serve with the reserved dippings.
